OT: How bad is it for you?
Woke up this morning to Air Quality Index of 186. Unhealthy.
Smoke from many fires is slowly blowing back on itself, held back by the Continental Divide. Most of this smoke is coming from fires in Eastern Oregon, Washington and British Columbia.
It hasn't been this bad here since 2015.
Please God, just one Lombardi before I die.

The fires have been/are so terrible. Just devastating. I can't imagine what everyone is going through & having to deal with. So many losses. 😟
We've actually had some smoky, hazy days from them here in Oklahoma due to upper-level winds carrying in plumes of smoke. Course, nothing like you & others are having. Air quality has been in the moderate category.
LIVE WELL ~ LOVE MUCH ~ LAUGH OFTEN
Here in Colorado, you can definitely see it in the haze, and the NWS confirmed this is not coming from our own wildfires, which are few, but from the fires in the northwest. We're just nervously awaiting our own fire season to kick in after the warmest, driest winter in our history.

Sending best to our fellow citizens out west!!
I can relate as we've had our fair share of smoke already this summer.
For us it was the BWCA fires mid July.
Check this out:

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!
My brother and his wife live NW of Spokane, WA. He had to evacuate his house, but the fire burned his storage building where he stores his boat and ATVs. Luckily his house went untouched and now has moved back in.
Portland Oregon had worst air quality for a metropolitan city in the world on Wed at 166. It finally cleared last night. You'll be grateful when the air finally clears.

Brutal.
For perspective Air quality in Dehli is usually around 150 daily.....
Living where you do, kind of like Portland, we kind of take for granted the fresh air we live.in Then when it's gone it's a major downer.
