Dude.... Look at his stride too. Very long strides. I'm giddy. I think this kid is going to shock people with how good he is
Having issues with catching the ball and that worries me. Same thing he had issues with last year at WF. I will admit he looks good, however. Have to work on some things. Better in camp than during the season.

Agree with Ragatz on this one...
JJM isnt looking bad, but it's not enough to overtake what K1 brings.
I dont think u end this comp tomorrow, but I think u end it soon. Do you need to see it last till the Gmen game?
I dont know...U dont want to let the competition become a detriment to Qb1 and offense 1.
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

Agreed. If it continues as it has, with Murray continually outperforming JJ, I think you end it after 1st preseason game.

They both have been better in different areas. Murray simply has more experience.

I also agree. I think the decision is pretty much made. JJ had a steep uphill climb to go from a QB that hasn't established himself as a NFL caliber starting QB, competing against a QB that has been one for several years, to beat out Murray. JJ would have needed to show a great deal of improvement to win the competition. And though he is improving, he remains inconsistent. I am looking for improvement from both QB's because there is a fair chance both will play this year.

Put him on the Juggs machine for 1-2 hours everyday. Get some hands on that kid

Very good summary. I think JJ has improved as well, but yeah, he had to take a big step to win against stacked odds. So that is why I think the competition will end sooner than many expect.
