Maturely. Interesting choice of words.
Who is Brosmer? A jealous 3rd string player that should be selling insurance that's a nobody? Sounds like he is talking about a guy that has 1000% more talent than him, and JJ is a player that Brosmer could never sniff. Kyler got the job. Awesome. Happy for ya. Pay me my money, Kyler. That is what everyone says he will do.
?? Is this legit?

This is really the epitaph for JJ in Minnesota I think:
The Vikings drafted a QB who needed reps and he’s just never gotten the reps. Tale as old as time in the NFL. Those guys are so risky to draft especially if your team is any good.

Um? Look we have a solid roster and you mentioned a few legit needlemovers but there are good players on every team. If the braintrust really thinks our core is so strong that we couldn't possibly start JJ McCarthy this season, then that core probably also deserves better than what Kyler has shown to date.
Everything and I mean everything about this offseason has felt messy. Hopefully now with the rookies flashing and a starter in place, that changes. But with McCarthy still on the team I'm skeptical.
I think what Kyler has shown to date is undervalued by many Viking fans. Here is Murray’s 17-game average on a mostly bad Arizona team over his 7 year career. Good years, bad years, hurt years, all of it.
4,621 total yards
30 total TDs
12 INTs
Here is Sam Darnold’s 17-game average over his 6 year career before joining the Vikings
3,300 total yards
19 total TDs
14 INTs

JJ, if he were to move on, will go on and have a really good career. Vikings will most likely be the Vikings and get caught with our pants down. Patience has worn thin with the Wilfs, and I believe KOC is acting as such. Murry probably does give us a better chance to win this year. Hell, I will admit that. Hard to give up on a kid that is so young and has done everything that was asked of him from KOC. IDK.

I mean that'd be like Non-Conf game stats versus the college football playoff teams right? Small step up in competition may account for more of the dip in stats then the spy guy
The short jokes and memes are not funny and are really getting old, can we please stop. He is 5'10" which obviously by NFL standards for a QB is short, but by national standards is pretty average for a man. These pics are so ridiculous and distasteful.

Its a good point, but you also have to factor in he's only played a full 17 game season once in the last 4 years. The other seasons were 11, 8, and 5 games.
I hope he stays healthy now that he's the starter, love seeing him have a good day at camp yesterday. Hope he keeps it up, we're due for a fun season and some playoff wins.
